Thank You Veggietales

She put on her sunglasses and said "Bye! See you later!"

Where was she going, you ask?
"Bye! See you later! I am going to the Promised Land."


This newly discovered fascination with the Promised Land is thanks to a Veggietales CD that plays over and over AND OVER again in the van. Now if only I had a creative way to teach her about the Isrealites entering the land God had promised them. It is, afterall, the Bible story that the name "Jordan" comes from. Well, one day she will get it. Until then it is nice to see simple biblical stories sink in, even if it is little peas singing:
"Keep walking, for you won't tear down that wall.
Keep walking! For it isn't gonna fall.
It's plain to see, your brains are very small.
So keep walking, cause you won't knock down our wall."

Something tells me that many people thought the Isrealites had super small or no brains at all.

Also, just so you know, the cheesy poses are all her. She is really a camera hog lately. She wants me to take pictures of her doing every little thing. Running in circles...picking her nose..."dancing"...it is all good photography in her eyes.
